Can't install: We are trying to install com_contentstats_2.0.0_3.x.zip but the install in hanging. Issue

We are trying to install com_contentstats_2.0.0_3.x.zip but the install just hangs and does not complete.

Please advise.

    does this happen with any of the plugins? or other extensions?

    Nope - thankfully we've managed to install all the other plugins and modules we require, so we are just missing the component.

    Went MIA for a moment. Eventually I managed to get it to install quickly and smoothly - I suspect the problem was at our end. Thanks for offering your help.
