In my calendar page - users are finding it difficult to navigate between calendar months

It's in April - try clicking on the right arrow to get to May. On Mac and Windows Chrome 7 Firefox I have to scroll up and down the approach the button with the cursor from above to get the intended on-hover activation and correct link.
If you don't follow the steps above on first page load you get incorrect tool-tip like nav options. (?)

0I presume you mean styles.css ?
Can you tell me exactly what element in the stylesheet needs the addition?
