Is it possible for you to make the form able to do a autofill for the title and description fields, when a user createa new booking in the calendar planner;

-the title should be autofilled with the users username
-the description should be autofilled with the users name (not username) and his/her phonenumber. eg. John Doe - Phone: 2233445566
