I also bought this component. Unfortunately, it did not work correctly. I also waited for a response from support, asked for paid support, but did not receive an answer till now. I hope everything is ok with the developer. So, I just lost money.
Now I use and recommend you the AvoRewards component.

Short answer is no...essentially the developer is hiding. His reasons are unclear as he hasnt posted any kind of explanation as to his apparent indifference to his customer base. I spotted this early and got a credit card refund, but even then Ive made it clear I would re-buy if he sorted the compatibility issues with OS Membership.....tumbleweeds....not even a FU which would have been something
