Terms and Conditions not displaying Issue

I've just added terms and conditions to my affiliate tracker set up. Now when a new affiliate clicks on the 'terms and conditions" link, the windows greys slightly but the terms and conditions do not display.

Please Advise.

I changed the terms modal window to be compatible with Boostrap 4 instead of Bootstrap 2, that's what was causing the problem
we will add this to the official package.
