the activation of both is not synchronized, but you can simply let new AT registers to be approved automatically... it will have the same effect if you are activating the user accounts manually.

When a person who is not a joomla user applies to be an affiliate, he receives an activation email. Clicking the email activation link goes to a 403 error page.

When a joomla user applies, no email is sent and he is not listed in AT backend.

This is not making sense.

Now we get an invalid token when trying to login under Returning user. Any ideas?

The users were added in backend in joomla Y AT.

The login page is ...com/index.php/affiliate/account/new

The site invalid token url shows ....com/index.php/affiliate/account/index.php?option=com_affiliatetracker&view=account

PS - We purchased AT, but I am logged in here via another email.

Sorry. I am referring to Affiliates logging in. We are trying to test AT. Affilate login gives the invalid token page.

Sorry to bother you. I sold the client on At so I really want it to work.

We were able to login on a different PC. Invalid token is a joomla issue, I guess.

So now, upon login, Affiliate lands on an account setup page rather his dashborad. The only way from the setup page to the dashboard seems to be clicking the Cancel button at the bottom. Is this how AT is supposed to function?

It would seem login would go straight to dashboard. Any ideas?

AT seems to be up and working partially. Can you confirm the landing page when an affiliate logs in so I can move on to figuring out why no commission was generated. we can only give support to subscribers. Please ask the access to your manager and login with that account. The account NDMweb cannot get support..
