Hi! I am running hikashop in my website. I want my affiliate to give commission when some customer order in the website. Like if some customer order 10 pound and decide to pay by method cash on delivery, they commission and the conversion should be in the affiliate tracker account. This also should be for registered customers (return customers). Please kindly assist me with this.

Thank you very much.

that's no problem, all you need to do is to install out "affilate tracker - hikashop" plugin, and enable it. the new comissions will be created whenever the ORDER is marked as "Completed" (which will be a manual action done by you, in the case of payment by cash).

I don't see any status "completed" in hikashop order status, the last one is shipped. Other one is confirmed. I have done both status but doesn't work.

    sorry, I meant Completed, yes.

is the plugin active and enabled in the site?

are you making the confirmation on an order that was made via an Affiliate link?

Just another think! How can I give commission £10 instead of £1 for every user registration in joomla?

you can adjust the value in the plugin too. for example if you're giving comission of 10%, then set the value to 100 (this way the 10% of 100 will make the 10 GBP you want)
