I can't see where to create multiple commission levels with percent or totals, etc. Where do I get to that form? See screen grab taken from your tutorials. Is there a separate plugin for that?

this is just the screenshot for "new account" or "edit account" in the backend.
where you are in the accounts section, you just need to create a new account, save, and you'll see this and get the link

New accounts just let me add a new affiliate and assign them to a commission level. I'm trying to create the different commission levels that can then be assigned. This screen shot shows what I see when creating a new account. Compare to the previous screen shot and you'll see they are two very different things.

which extensions for Affilate Tracker have you installed?

I'm not seeing a settings anywhere to enable multi-level affiliates. I think that's what we're missing. Where would I find configuration for this?

hi - you don't need invoice manager extension (you're not using that)

which extension (e-commerce) you want to be using Affiliate Tracker with? like.. VirtueMart, HikaShop?

when you install one of those, and you create a new affiliate account and hit SAVE you'll see the options

We use Virtuemart so we'll check that out. Hopefully, that solves it. Thanks a lot!
