yes here is where i am looking in.

i have and excell file where i register all my affiliate information.

but i am really sure i had a comission of 16,35 Euros
and this comission was in 2014-07-23

No you don't. The sale you are referring to is YOURS, it's not a referral.
You are not a subscriber, therefore you can't have a comission on a item you don't yet have bought yourself.
We just activated your affiliate account on July 23 and immediately there was this sale you are talking about. this is obviously not a referral, this is yourself. There's no comission for the items purchased for yourself! you must have the item first, and then the referrals on that item get the comissions, obvioulsy.

the sale was the same day.
because i am an engineer that offer outsourcing services to companies.

as you can see in my website
    http://quindiweb.com/web/index.php?option=com_k2&view=itemlist&task=category&id=28:empresas-de-diseno-de-plantillas-y-extensiones&Itemid=101

i also have articules for some other refer programs.

so when i suscribe to an affiliate program is because i have the sale about a 90% sure.

    and then i keep offering.

but if you don't pay me this comission. i just remove your article from my website.
    and i will feel stolen.

man, you should try at least to cover your tracks.

Maybe you forgot that you sent us messages interested in buying affiliate tracker for your website multibienes.com
Maybe you forgot that you even asked for custom coding service, and talked to us about this website, which you wanted to install Affiliate Tracker to.

and, most of all, maybe you forgot that you have actually installed Affiliate Tracker on your website multibienes.com!

Dear Alexander, if you wanted to tell me that this purchase was not made by you, you shouldn't have it installed in your website. here it is, right now: http://colombia.multibienes.com/index.php?option=com_affiliatetracker&view=accounts

Please, don't try to deny this, it is obvious enough... even your name shows up in the page. see screenshot.

I don't understand why you had to go and say this. First of, comissions are only for other people sales and if you already have the software yourself. but also saying that "you will feel stolen" is going beyond the line.

    Thanks.

Alexander, you personally contacted me and told me you wanted the component for your website multibienes.com
these are your words.. not mine. I can forward you the emails, but it's not really necessary, you already have them.
It doesn't matter if it's for a client of yours, it's the only purchase you made, it's exactly the same as if it is yours.

Again, Alexander, you are confusing terms I think. The "first purchase" does not count because you NEED to have the software (the comission will come from the third, fourth, fifth purchase of the same item, etc). this is the normal way it works.

I believe I explained it very clearly Alexander, I don't believe you can argue with what I'm saying... it is pretty clear you are in posesion of the software, this cannot count as a referral and comission. don't worry that you will get the comission on any future sales of that item, made through that account. but again, the account has to be the right one, it seems like you're managing two accounts here

For all intents and purposes, you are in posesion of the software through your other account "tecnologiasoc".
All that being said, the real comissions are only paid out when the amount reaches 100 EUR, so one single comission won't turn into a payout anyway (lik any other Affiliate program you can find anywhere)

    Gracias,

    Saludos,
    Germi
