I have used Post Affiliate Pro for the Affiliate system. One thing i liked about it is i can share www.mysite.com instead of www.mysite.com/?atid=1 however website URL needs to be verified in PAP admin. Is there any similar feature in Affiliate Tracker?

    You mean the affiliate link to NOT include the atid? so, identify the affiliate only from the affiliate URL referral?
