Once new user is approved, the affiliate URL appears at affiliate area.
And below I see this button:
Request new affiliate account and link
That's strange. Why the user should send a new request if he/she already has been approved?
As a result, some of users have send 2nd requests again. I think this logic must be optional and it's good to disable this button in case if the user already approved.
