Affiliate Word pages - Google Indexed

Do affiliate pages - specifically Referral Word urls - track click-throughs from Google search? I'm concerned, and wondering whether I should prevent affiliate pages from being indexed, via Robots.txt file.

    Yes, affiliate pages are those pages which are generated by affilites, with atid, or referral word urls. Thank you for this answer. I have another question I'll post in next message.

    it doesn't track anything from google search.

    when you say "affiliate pages", you mean simply the URL with the "atid" part appended to it?
