affiliate doesnt work correctly Issue

Hi

I bought Ur business affliate tracker plugin one month ago
I set up 3 level affiliate 5,1,1


I have big issue, Ive made main test and something going wrong with affiliate tracker

1.Affiliate links works good ( I created 3 affiliate accounts) attach 1
2. I bought two Hika shop products using two deferent affiliate account - attach2
3. I got 2 conversions from the same account - attach 3
4. And finally in user panel I have just one conversion


Ive made another test for third affiliate user and still the same no commision
attach 5 ,6 ,7,8

I dont understand why just once I got commisions for user

Can U help me

    Hello,

    the problem is not that.

    the problem is that the conversions are assigned to user account number 6, which does NOT exist.

    this happens because you used that account's link previuosly, but either:
    - in the LOGS section, the assignation between that account and that user is already made. it needs to be clean up if you want to make tests
    - OR, the cookies in your browser are not cleaned. If you're making tests, always use a CLEAR browser (no cookies) and make sure that the LOGS are clean, because this is what determines the relations between users and affiliate accounts.

    in other words: if you used the account link number 6 in the past, it doesn't matter if later you use the account link number 19: the FIRST assignation (account 6) always prevails, unless you clear all previous data in the cookies and in the LOGS.
