plugin for invoice manager

I am developer from Russia, we use our payment system - Paynex and Payeer. Can I write my own plugin for this systems for connection with invoice manager?

    yes, if you're a developer you can write your own plugin. I suggest that you simply take a look at our plugin (PayPal) to see the functions in it, and you can write your own
