Hi
We have been using Im for many years without problem, now when we come to download invoices, we arbitrarily get failure notices due to virus - some invoices will download, others will be placed immediately into quarantine by our systems. We have tried this on numerous PCs and devices all with the same results. We haven;t been able to establish any unifying factor between the invoices with viruses and those without.
Any ideas?

0invoice can't contain viruses.. it's a web app...
looks like something on your system is identifying something in the PDF as a virus (when it's not)
that's the only explanation..
if you want send me a PDF invoice and I'll check it. But, again, there's no such thing in "virus in an invoice"... can't happen. -
