Adding new albums is not working anymore

I can't seem to add new albums anymore... see screenshot for details. Joomla admin and buttons are missing... very weird. The database already contains 5600 albums, and I've installed the lastet version of MC, but it does not solve the problem. btw I can still edit albums.

I'm currently using Wampserver 2.1 with Joomla 1.7 and MC 2

    ok, sorry, it seems to be a time out problem, it's also very slow when I click on new album...

    no, not NOTICES, just ERRORS. undefined variables are not a problem.

    try to search for "PHP ERROR"

    The log is very long, what do you want to see? I can also email the error log... undefined variables?

    this seem to be some CSS missloading on the page.

    cna you enable error reporting? maybe we'll spot the cause for this right away...
