Hi,
I have just installed MC, and got everything working locally. Now I wanted to try to get Amazon S3 hooked in since I require more storage than my hosting provider will allow.
In anycase, I created a bucket on my S3, and then I copied URL from my S3Fox plugin and then put this URL in the Field where you can define a Song Server. (I hope this was right)
Then I put an mp3 on the S3 server in that bucket
Now when I define the song in MC, instead of browser folder, I am just putting the full URL (copied from S3 for the specific mp3) into the File field.
But when I hit play on my website nothing is playing on the mp3 player. I tried full URL, I tried also just the file name, since I was presuming it may prefix the URL that was define in the Song folder to the filename and create the full URL.
Please advise on how to connect the Amazon S3.
Also my bucket has Read permission for everyone in my ACL

0Dont use S3Fox plugin for copy url.
Use aws consol panel.
Select your song - properties and copy url.
Url must be like this https ://s3.amazonaws.com/your+bucket+name/song+file.mp3
p.s. Bucket name, path name and song file must contain only UTF caracters, else, song will not play -

0Hi,
this was working after putting the proper URL, now for some reason I am now getting this issue.
The player will show in this paragraph
I read where the filename shouldn't have any spaces, so I change my filenames to not have spaces and updated the Song URL accordingly but still its not working.
Any idea why this now is not working?
Thanks
Corey
