Would be nice if the artist names that are next to the songs on the various artists albums were hyperlinks instead of just plain text.

You give the example of an various artist page, http://joomlamusicsolutions.com/en/music-collection-demo/g/george-harrison/concert-for-george.html There you have the first artist listed, 1 - Jeff Lynne - I Want To Tell You". Would be awesome if a user could click on Jeff Lynne and it would take them to his artist page. Same with all the other artists in the song list. Would something like this be possible?

    Germi,

Any ideas how to change the artist name that shows up next to the song on various artist type albums to be a hyperlink back to the artist's page and not just plain text?

you'll have to modify the /views/album/tmpl/default.php and add a link there, where the artist name is printed out...

check out (on the same page) the links, that are created using the JRoute::_() function

Thanks. That worked. I was able to write the code based off your suggestion. I wanted to post it here in case any others wanted to know how to do it as it was only adding one line of code and modifying one other line both in the same file. Unfortunately your forum's "Code View" seems to be broken as it does not allow one to post code. It appears that it sees certain symbols like the greater and lesser signs and then strips out those symbols and all the code after them.

    Code View

Any chance of fixing the Code View so that it will allow one to post the code that is having problems or the fixes they may have came across?
