1. basically the idea is - check users playlists and compare them.
suggest songs from similar lists to user1 from users2 playlist, if identical songs appear in both playlists.
like: users who have this song in their list, also have that other song in their list.
2. based upon that feature:
suggest new playlist
parameters> total length, artist, genre, type etc
repeat while total time
