Kind of disappointed on how the most beautiful and best music management software for joomla can't deal with album compilations.
What i need to achieve is to have an album from various artists BUT the songs are displayed with individual artists. This way that album could be included in the artist albums and also in artist songs.
I've seen this be asked in 2015 and now it's 2017! Don't you think this is a good ideia? We have artists that only released songs as part of some compilation.
I really hope you consider adding the possibility to individually set artists in songs of a given album that is a compilation.

0Can you explain how can i achieve at least songs being assigned to artists?
Because in my tests i realised i can:
- either create a "Various Artists" Artist and then i can create a single album for that artist with all the songs in it
- or if upload the algum with different artists in artist tag, the automatic process will create several albums with the same name with only one song -

0hello!
it's not that we don't think it could be a good idea, but this requires a complete redesign on how the internal structure of the component is build (new DB tables, etc), and we just haven't prioritized this for now.. as you know, you CAN have an album with songs form different artists (and the songs will be displayed on their profiles), but to actually allow the ALBUM to be assigned to multiple profiles is not built in.
