Sadly lack off support REFUND me please!

Never thought it would come to this, but sadly it does.
I don't know what is chanced but in the beginning of JoomlaThat support was really great but nowadays sadly its not anymore!

So Germinal as I renewed my subscription for PHP8 version of MC witch does nor work on PHP8! I would like a refund, or at least set my subscription on hold and reset it the day you get a working version for PHP8 out to me.
If this ever wil happen??

    Sorry for the wait. I'm working on this but unfortunately I can only work little hours a week at the moment.

    I'm happy to put your subscription on hold until this is fixed, logically.
