it's surprising to receive a post like this. you download this software form a diferent site (that is illegal, of course, you know that. this is a pying software and can only be downloaded here).

that being said, of course, I cannot help you in any way or check the links you post. I mean... seriously? you are running a pirate version of the software, I cannot know if it has been modified by someone, and of course won't give you any kind of support on your current pirate version so you can "think" in buying a liscense later.

all I can tell you is our version works just fine. Buy it and you'll see. and, in any case, you will have our support in that case, so I will answer your questions and solve your problems, if there are any.

so, I'm sorry to say, but you went the wrong way. its not "ask, and then buy", its "buy, and then ask". I'm talking about this particular case, of course.

and yes your software its on some sites as you can anderstand, you know how internet works.so dont talk to me about piracy that is hipocrisy.
you dont offer a trial version, so i wouldnt look on other sites if you offered a trial.

let's go point by point.
1) I didn't mean to offend you in any way in the provious post. If I did, I appologise, that was not may intention.
2) I was just trying to point out that I cannot help anybody with an unliscensed version of our software. doesn't matter if he wants to buy after that or not. I goes against our policies.
3) that is just a personal thought but I think that hipocrisy is thinking that taking for free a "little thing" such as our software from the net is not piracy. it is. piracy is not only downloading HD movies and "big things". even more, I would say that the piracy of "small things" is even worst... because Sony, or Paramount, or Microsoft, are multinational enterprises with thousands of employees and bilions of dollars in revenue. we, however, small business or small associations of developers, depend very much on our sales to make a living (and, believe me, it's not easy). it's just my point of view, but believe me, it looks different from the "inside".
4) my friend, I think you didn't used a right sentence when you say "not to get robbed before i buy". it sounds to me like you are implying that we are robbing you somehow? we have hundreds of customers. post a new thread on the forum and ask if they feel robbed if you want. I'm sure you'll get a couple answers

5) last but not least, I can tell you (and I told you before!) that the version 2.1 works just fine. but I won't go into details about your spefici problems, because I won't look into these for what I said in point 2. what I can say is that, IF you have problems then, we'll help you. have you thinked that maybe your problem is not realted to the version, but to something else you maybe are doing "wrong"? maybe it's not a matter of versions, it's more like a configuration thing! but, again, your question actually is a "normal" support question... "some things are not working on my site". and the support to that question is to liscensed customers... I know you didn't ask for a solution, but my point is that maybe you don't need "a solution", just some tips that don't depend on the version. believe me, I know what I'm talking about!

If that makes you feel more confident, I can tell you that if you have a liscensed copy and for some reason "it doesnt work" and its a total disaster (like it "seems" to be your current version), and we are unable to tell you why, or to solve it, I will ofer you a refund. but I know I won't have to.
