Hi, your component really interests me but I am still confused about your subscription plan. I see "1 YEAR" term in purchase form. Does it mean the component purchase is based on yearly payment? Or are only some specific items? Thanks.

no, not exaclty: the component will work ALWAYS (of course!!!). it won't stop working after 1 year or anything like that.
the "1 year" is about SUPPORT (you have 1 year of support) and UPDATES (you have 1 year of free updates)
after 1 year, when the subscription ends, everything will of course still work, but if you still need support or an update comes out, and you want to have it, then you will have to renew your subscription.
it's, of course, optional.
