Is the following features available on your cms:
1) I want to autoplay a song ... from a list of selected 10 to 30 songs ( should have this option to select) on the site, when any user visits a site. ( say this will be a small player, on top right or left or somewhere near top middle ). Users should be able to stop it by clicking on the play icon.
2) Will I be able to wrap the main player on the site, which users use to listen song online, with a sponsor image or add the sponsor image just above or below the player. Even better, if the player can play a small 30 sec sound clip ( for once and the first time) just before playing the songs a user wanted to listen during his session.
3) If a user selects a new song, will this song get added to list of old songs user is playing already or will this overwrite the old popup player and just play this new song. It will be better, if the song gets added to the already playing list.

1) this is not available out of the box. you'd need custom coding for that.
2) also, not available out of the box, but can be done as custom coding (the sponsor image part). about playing a 30 sec clip, it could be done ON PLAYLISTS and ALBUM pages, but that's a little more tricky... it would probably require quite work.
3) on the current system it ALREADY gets added to the list dynamicaly (it does not erase previous songs, just adds at the end of the list
