Hi, I have some issues with the JW Player and playlists.

1. What exactly should go in the box for Default Playlist ID, as I don't see any ID numbers or anything connected to any playlist I make.

2. Does it matter if any of the size boxes are left blank? (height, width...)

3. My JW Player Module shows as blank apart from the "Show Player in Popup" link (which does nothing when clicked and I made sure I have no pop up blocker affecting it.)

4. I'm also getting this error "Error loading player:
No playable sources found" on the album page.

Some more information, I am only using youtube videos (added to certain song pages the appropriate way) as my song audio. and joomla installed in the root directory.

    Hi, I have also a similar issue, player was ok and suddenly "Error loading player: No playable sources found" how do I fix it? or can i send you my credentials to inspect the issue?

      send me a link to the page please. this means for sure that the file it is trying to play is not there. that's all.

    Can you tell me how did you fixed this problem. I have the same issue with Jwplayer and Playlist in my website and i can find any solution.

    I already have a playlist made and saved, now I have added its ID number and it doesn't seem to make any difference.
    Have you got an email address I can send an Admin login to and you can check it out more? Thanks.

    1. this is just in case you want to load a playlist by default, you don't need to fill this out. in any case, you would fill it out if the ID of the playlist you want. you can find the ID on the backend, for example, on the list of playlists.

    2. it shouldn't matter.

    3. have you added any songs to the playlist?

    4. ok, the issue could be with the youtube videos. can you send me a link to the page?
