custom fields

I would like to add several custom fields in the songs and album upload form. How do I do that? I want these custom fields to be included in the search pararameter.
Here are some fields I would like to be required during upload
a - Genre
b - mood
c - tempo
d - sounds like
e - instrumentation
f - vocal or instrumental

    Hello,

    To add all this requires custom coding work (new DB fields, new fields in the HTML forms, in the info pages, in the search bars and within the search functions..)

    I'm interested in the same feature. I want to be able to have multiple categories of tags that would appear as separate search parameters in the search bars. What would be needed to make this possible? Thanks!

      such custom fields need to be coded customly.
