HIkashop discounts don't get processed right:
When someone uses a discount coupon, IM sets the full price on the invoice and then sees the paid amount as incomplete. Thats not right, especially because it wil also give issues with the amount of VAT calculated.
Hikashop prices in our shop are set as Bruto (= including VAT) IM grabs that total and shows the VAT box untickt. If I switch that on, it adds the VAT on top. I guess there should be a setting to choose prices are with or without VAT. Not sure if it works to add a negative VAT percentage?.
