Templates are empty... Issue

Hi,

An issue I'm experiencing after updating v 2.1.2 to 3.1.1:

The templates seem to be empty when I look at them via the Invoice Manager GUI on the backend (see screenshot).

When I look at the database however, everything seems fine. All fields are present and filled out.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

    Go ahead with the subscription date! After all, fair is fair...

    I'll send you the details of the login when I get around to copying the site onto my local server... I'm estimating it'll be tomorrow.

    thanks for such fast response to the subscription issue :) no need for refund, I will just set the subscription date as if it was continuing from the last one, ok? (meaning it would expire on August)

    I wondered about that...

    I've prolonged the subscription. If you're right and you can show me it should have expired last year, I have no problem with refunding you for that year of income you lost!

    I'll set up a copy of the site on my local server. Is there some way this forum let's you send a private message or should I email the login?

    not really.. I would need to take a look.

    PS: there was an error in your subscription (I'm sure you noticed!), it should have expired last year... the expiration date was not correct.
