Problems with pdf invoice and payment status

Hi users!

I have installed the latest Invoice Manager (IM) version in my Joomla website.

Joomla version: 3.9.2
Virtuemart version: 3.4.2

I've got the following two issues:

1. The Virtuemart invoice (pdf) is still being send with the Virtuemart confirmation mail. I would like this to be the IM pdf.
2. The payment status in Virtuemart says "paid", however in Invoice Manager it says "pending".

Any thoughts?

    hi

    1. Invoice Manager won't cancel the VM invoices, it will simply generate their own. In any case, you should cancel the VM invoice generation within VM options, if they allow it.

    2. you can choose, on the "Invoice Manager for VirtueMart" plugin, when the invoice should be marked as paid.

    1. I can't seem to find how I can cancel the VM invoice. Can you point me in the right direction? Or is there a way to override the VM invoice with your IM invoice?

    2. I have added my payment option, hope it works with the next order that's coming in. Thanks!

    1. I'm not sure where this can be disabled in VM.. you should ask the VM people, they will be faster in answering this
