I have the Paypal plugin configured and enabled for Invoice Manager on my site. When I click the PAY NOW button in the website as the user, I'm taken to http://mysite.com/{payment_link}

This is probably related with the invoice not displaying correctly (your other question)
It seems that for some reason your Invoice Manager installation is not replacing the tokens with their value.
As I mentioned in the other post, if you send me access to joan@ joomlathat.com I will take a look at it.
