Email Header Issue

Hi guys

love the software.. but I am experiencing an issue with the email header on the invoices

it is not picking up the invoice number as we have them set, instead it displays as follows (my company name) Invoice Y-[num]

I would like it to display as (my company name) {actual invoice #}

how do I go about fixing this issue?

    hello!

    when you say "email header".. do you mean the Subject of the email?
    (just to test: could you maybe send us a demo invoice to our email joomlafinances@gmail.com to see what you mean?)

    i have sent the invoice to the address listed

    it is from billing@independentedvelopment.ca

    Also I tried to apply a screen shot to the attachments feature below, but the forum wouldn't let me 8(

    oh, I see what you mean now. you want to show the invoice num in the email subject...
    the subject is not parsed to look and replace for the invoice num - althought it's a good idea to add this feature.

    we'll work on that..! :)

    the email subject is defined by yourself in the component Options (in the backend)
