Hi,

Is there a way to have an introduction text in the email which is not showing in the PDF?
maybe you can tell me in which file the body text is generated?

    Hello,

    Sorry, this is not currently possible, although we will work to add this in a future version.

    In any case, I think the file you're looking for is /components/com_invoices/views/invoice/tmpl/default_email.php
