Dear Sirs,

We are a Ukrainian Law Firm at www.united-law-company.ua have bought Invoice Manager not so far.
In order to implement your extension we have translated language files to Russian and Ukrainian. I hope we can share them with you, so just let us know how to do it.

Our problem with this languages is absence of Cyrillic fonts in PDF reports only (Invoice PDF ukr.pdf). All the rest reports are quite normal(Invoice online ukr.pdf). This concerns both Russian and Ukrainian.
Could you please be so kind to study attached files(both Invoices) and help us with the situation. It will also help you to expand your presence to Russian and Ukrainian markets.

PS. There is some little issue with fonts or with fonts sizes whose lead to menu distortion(like in Menu.pdf).

Thank you in advance.

Sincerely,

Andrii Polishchuk,
Partner.

there are a couple things here to consider.

first of, you edited the template using the HTML mode, although it's clearly stated as NOT RECOMMENDED on the templates page.
that messed up the code.. you can restore the original code which you will find here: http://www.joomlathat.com/documentation/invoice-manager/bootsrap-invoice-template

secondly, it's possible that the cyrillic characters it's just an encoding issue.

the first you can try is to use a font that will support those characters.
in the template code, try to set the font like this:

font-family: DejaVu Sans;

at the beginning of the content in the PDF format of the template. (please, use the non-HTML mode to edit)

Screenshots and 1 - normal menu.
    screenshot 2.png - twisted menu

For instance "About us" was shifted under Invoices module...

Problem #2 is also left actual. Clients cannot send invoices to their e-mails. It is illustrated on screenshot 3.png.

I have already provided you with these screenshots and have given you FTP and administrative access to my site, so please - be so kind find some time for our site.

    1. Good. Thank you.
    2. Yes, I am using an Absolute path like www.yoursite.com/1/2/3/imge.png. You can see the result in screenshot.png

    3. I also cannot send invoices from front-end. Some text appears : "You must provide at least one recipient email address." (screenshot 1.png) provided that address before and everything is still working from back-end. What should I do?

    4. My menu is remaining distorted(screenshot 1.png). It has to be in one line.

    Thank you.

    hello

    1. the only font for DOMpdf that supports all characters is that one, it's the only one they provide that is "complete". the only alternative would be to install a new font in DOMpdf but that is quite more complicated, you would need to look into DOMpdf's documentation.

    2. are you using an ABSOLUTE path to the image? example: www.yoursite.com/imge.png, not just /image.png

    1. I will be very thankful to you if you will help me with another cyrillic font installation. That one not as smooth as our work needs.
I couldn't find any info about in the forum.
All the rest - are the best.

    2. Is there any restrictions on image file (logo) that is used in "sending to E-mail".
Same file doesn't work with "sending to E-mail". More clearly: File doesn't appear in e-mail.
    I've tried 12&16kb jpg&png files.

    Thank you in advance.
