Ha... I've very happy to hear that. I always tell my staff the same thing. Okay, I got confused because you have two different download areas. The one through the subscription and the one through the web site.

The one through the web site is vague and not clear. However, if you go into your My Subscriptions page and click on the link, then you go to the normal download area.

So, that's what I was talking about. It took me forever to realize that you have to click your subscription through that page.

actually I'm very interested if you can tell us how you would improve it. it is for us very important that our site explaing very well WHAT content statistics is and HOW it works, so if it was not clear for you there are problably many things to improve!
