ok thanks I am not sure why my first test run did not record the transaction. I set up a paypal sandbox account to test and seems to record now. However, for the renewals I am getting two conversions recorded in the backend both come from the same transaction. One is auto approved and the other is not and they have two different IDs. It seems it creates the unapproved before payment and approved after payment (2 records for 1 transaction). Also on new subscriptions I have to manually approve even though the plugin for OS Membership Pro - Affiliate Tracker "Automatically approve the new conversions" setting is set to yes. It keeps unapproved status even though subscription was paid for. We need it to go ahead to approve on successful payment. Thanks

it's weird what you're describing about the double conversion, really shouldn't be like that. if you want, please send me access to the site (joomla and FTP) at support@ joomlathat.com and I'll take a look at it.

Hi hope you don't mind me jumping in and asking my questions here. I have installed Installed version: 2.1.5 and my question in I have a membership site based on payplans and I want to offer my affiliates a comission when the person they sent to me signs up for a second year. Does the software do this automatically or is there something I need to set?
