J2store conversion

Hey, I have installed J2store plugin, made a couple of test purchases, but no conversion was made and I can't seem to find in J2store also, a referral link of my affiliate. Thanks for your quick response.

    Hello,

    by default, the plugin, creates the conversion when the order is confirmed from the backend in j2store. If you want to create the conversion when the order is placed (still pending), you need to choose that option in the plugin configuration.

    If that's not the problem and the plugin is configured right, tell us and we will take a look at it.

    I have the same exact problem
    • knowledgearc
      more than a month ago
      and now it is causing all he stripe processing to display an error in processing message, even though the order is confirmed in j2store, and also the payment has gone through in our stripe dashboard

      nor do the customers or admins receive order confirmations anymore since we installed the plugin. is it possible to leave in place and disable, rather than rolling back completely?
