Customers don't seem to receive payments

I'm using J2Store and affiliate manager with it.

I've got the J2Store plugin installed.

I'm using stripe as the payment method and it's in test mode.

Is there a way I can test this before sending it live? Or do I need to test with a live version for some reason?

    it should be fine to test with test mode.
    as long as the plugin is enabled (and the system plugin, too), when a new J2store purchase is made, Affiliate Tracker will track it.

    It does track it but what I want to track is the payouts too. How do I track that?

    what do you exactly mean with the "payouts"?
    AT will only track new purchases in the store...

    When we run an affiliate scheme we also pay people out after they have had a purchase via their affilate link.
