In reference to the attachment, when testing AT with Membership Pro (OS Membership) and having Tommy GGTestEdge (user #120) registering as a new user directly from within Membership Pro frontend screen with GoGlobal (affiliate link) and with GlobalSparks set as "parent", the conversion shows up for both (the affiliate and the parent) for User Registration, but it only shows OS Membership conversion for the "parent", not for the "affiliate" itself.

However, after removing the parent from the affiliate account setup, testing a new user called Tom GGTesterEdge (user #121) using a new anonymous window in the browser, again directly within the same Membership Pro screen (frontend), conversion is shown for all memberships.

Is that normal? Or is there a setup I missed somewhere?
Tks!
Serge

I'm not sure I follow.. in the last scenario you describe, where are the conversions for "all memberships"?

What I mean is that some of the Memberships include automatic upgrade to one or more than one other Membership. In the screenshot I sent you, each new member registered only once through Membership Pro, which then automatically updated them to whatever it is setup to upgrade to.
The issue is not there though. As mentioned above, whenever I setup an affiliate with a "parent", AT appears to be recognizing only the part of the Joomla User Registration, not the associated Membership Pro's membership. When I remove the "parent", then all is good.

To give you a visual of what I mean, the attachment shows a screenshot of two members (tests) I registered.
The affiliate link I used is the same for both (?atid=5), and I used exactly the same registration process for both, on the frontend (i.e. registered to the basic membership first, and then upgraded to the second level).

The first one (grayed area) is Bernando Newbie4. At that time, the ?atid=5 (GoGlobal) was setup with a parent (GlobalSparks).
The second one (top 3 lines) is Albert Newbie5. At that point, I had removed the parent in the setup.

As you can see, there is no problem when NOT USING using "parent", but then it defeats the purpose of an affiliate system.
I just went through the whole installation process again, and can't find what I'm doing wrong.

but I still don't understand what you mean:

    1) for the first test, the "parent" affiliate was set. so, 2 conversions where generated (correct scenario)
    2) for the second test, there was no parent affiliate. So, only 1 conversion is generated (correct scenario as well)

the way you describe it, seems like it's working normally.... no?

Germinal, when you look at the first test ie the shaded area (image sent with my previous post), the conversions were done twice for the original Bronze and twice when upgraded to Silver. BUT all those are tagged to GlobalSparks only. It should have been once for each level for GlobalSparks and once for each level for GoGlobal.
The "User registration" is fine (one for each).
Also, why would the user be (o) on line 169?

Has this issue ever happened to anyone else before?
What do I need to check?

hello - and sorry for the delay.

I understand what you mean now - Has this happened to you more times? can you make another test with the same structure of affiliates - and grant me backend access (in case it was revoked) so I can check?

    thanks!

I just tested it again and same result, i.e. the upgrade appears only for the "parent" level.
However, I did receive two emails from the system stating that the upgrade was done under each of the two affiliates (?atid=5 and its parent) - it just doesn't show as such in the AT dashboard.
Sending the admin access info to support@joomlathat.com

As a reminder, the other question I had above is regarding "user(o)" on line 69.

    Tks for looking into it!

A reply would be greatly appreciated!
Is this issue at my end, or is it a bug?
    Tks

      Hi,
no, I don't think it's an issue on your end, but I haven't been able to figure out the bug yet, if it's a bug indeed...
I tried different configs locally and couldn't replicate.
which email account did you use to send me the info?
