Hi,

In some cases when a subscription is saved under Payplans we have an error that the method AffiliateHelper::createParentConversions is not found.
We have the latest versions of each component/plugins.

It seems that in the file components/com_affiliatetracker/helpers/helpers.php line 153 the code self::createParentConversions($data, $account->parent_id, 2); throws a fatal error.
The createParentConversions method doen't exist in the helper.

Could you have a look on that.

Best regards,

Yes I think I have read all your messages.
But guess it seems that I have not understood.

ok, please do me a favor, I just uploaded a re-packed ZIP file that solved this error. just download and install

So what? Are you asking me to do something? Then please explain a bit more what I have to do.
Did you forgot to attach your zip?
If not then do I have to wait for a new version?

yes, you have to re-download the installable ZIP file and re-install it on your website.

the version number will be the same, it will not change, but the problem will be solved.

just download the zip and install. in your downloads area. https://www.joomlathat.com/account/downloads/173

Thanks for the clarifications and that's what I have done.

To be sure I have downloaded again the package from the link you have provided.
The file /site/helpers/helper.php still have the same code on line 153
    self::createParentConversions($data, $account->parent_id, 2);
and this method still not exist in this class.
So the issue will still be there

But there is no change between the old files and new files, I have not only checked the version number but I did a diff between all files, screenshot attached.
I did that the first time and recheck on the just downloaded file.

So maybe I'm still doing something wrong but for me the version provided on your website has not been changed at all.

BTW I have also tried to download it with cache disabled just in case.

    hello

that doesn't make sense.. precisely what I did was to add this method to the helpers.php file and re-pack the extension..

    so it should be there..!

I have checked it again and the file is changed, it contains the new function.

sorry to say this again, but are you sure you're installing the right one? please download the file again. I just did and checked the package and it contains the new file...

    Hi,

Ok, just downloaded again the zip file and I can see the new method in the helper class.
And I recheck the downloaded packages from yesterday, they don't have this method, that's weird

    Thanks
