Hi All. I encountered a problem in adding a new Album or Artist in Music Collection. Im using Joomla! 1.5

As soon as I fill all the fields needed for adding a new Albim or Artist and click Apply or Save, it throughs me to an error page with bunch of code in it. This page looks like this:
