actually also the main image of the artist is not show on his profile page,

it loads only the secondary image, the one for the artist title,

no main one, no thums at all on featured artists

it's an internal server error.

my guess is that your PHP installation is missing some graphic libraries.

is this possible? can you check that GD library is enabled?
in any case, to know what is this error you should look on Apache's log.. there you will see what caused this.

yes it's normal. album pictures (the big one) is NOT a thumbnail processed image. it shows fine.

all the others are thumbs generated "on-the-go", and precisely the problem is on the file that does this thumbnail on the go, helpers/image.php

did you check the graphic library as I said?
can you check on error log if that file has any problems?

can you UNZIP the original package, find for that file (/site/helpers/image.php) and replace it for the one in your server?

if i go editing the artist i just made i see the picture preview loaded on the jooomla music collection administration editing tool

can you talk to someone in your hosting priver and ask them WHAT IS WRONG with that file? I mean, there's definitely something in that server that does not like image.php file

(to see what I'm talking about: try to install this on your local server or something, you'll se how the images show up)

i onestly tell you that before buying the component i found a 2.0 version on the web to download

it's not the module, believe me (we have hundreds of clients, nobody reported this issue, and everybody uses exactly the same version as you)

it's about this singfile file, image.php (which IS NOT part of the modules)

just FORGET the modules.

something in your server is blocking this file.

PLEASE try to test in another server to see..
