you want to make the SONG form invisible on the frontend, or the "song tab" inside the ALBUM form? which one=

inside the form: song-tab should bevisible but no upload-field for songs (if i delete the table td nothing happens)

well, its a bit (just a bit) more tricky than that. you have to modify the /assets/songs.js file

there, you'll see a function that creates inputs (for every time you click on "add new song"), so its there where you have to modify it, and not only on the tmpl file

but.. CAREFUL!!! do it only if you understand what you're doing... I mean... only if you know JAVASCRIPT!!!
