Yes how do i put the playlist on every page except the home page i want it to show up on all pages that i select but it seems that if i do no click on every page it will not show on artist page song page...also how do i make a default playlist that will show on there every time you come to the page...

ok to make this work on all pages you should do this:

on file
/components/com_muscol/muscol.php

please find this code:

$document =& JFactory::getDocument();

$uri =& JFactory::getURI();



$document->addScriptDeclaration("var base = \"".$uri->base()."\";");

please REMOVE it.
then, please install this plugin on your joomla site and ENABLE it
this should get ride of the problem.

I believe I am having a similar issue, is your additional plugin for Joomla 1.5 as it would not install, just says
'Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.'

I noticed he is getting the undefined in the url that is generated on his playlist when trying to view the playlist on the front page. This is the same error I have been getting on my test site. His template is not a yootheme template. Any ideas why we are seeing this "defined" bug with the latest version of the jw player module?

Hi, I have also been having this issue. I was able to change the code and install the new plugin, but I am still not able to use the player on my frontpage; I still get an error message. I am running Joomla 1.7.3 with a Rocket Theme template. That portion of my site is permission-only, but I would be glad to provide a login/password if you would like to take a look.

the file uploaded is only for joomla 1.7

I thought it fix the issue but it dont. If I enable the plugin, the plylist works fine in the front page but didnt in the rest of the pages. Any clue?

By the way... I'd like to change the "on-the-go" default list name. How should i do it?

well this plugin need a small modification on the muscol.php file.. did you make it? (look on the firs page of this forum thread!)

to change on the go name you can do it on the language file

/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_muscol.ini
