Just a quick question. I recently had a crash with my storage drive and lost my last purchased copy of Music Collection. Is there a way to get another copy (even if it is not the most recent version)? I believe my subscription may have expired recently, although it may have been 2-3 months (so many subscriptions). I would have surely downloaded a backup copy after the drive crashed if I had noticed the renewal email.

I'm afraid you need to have an active subscription to get access to the files again... see our Terms of use (point 4): http://www.joomlathat.com/terms-of-use
