Hi. I want ask you the following questions about new AT version:
1) if i don't set any commission in Payplans plugin the default commission will be applied?
2) i purchased the professional version how can i upgrade to the extended by paying only the difference?

Yes, you can upgrade to the extended version paying the difference. Please contact us via support@ joomlathat.com and we will prepare the invoice for you.
Yes, if you don't set any commission in the Payplans plugin the default commission for the affiliate will be applied.
The Users - Affiliate Tracker plugin is not necessary. As you say, it tracks when a visitor is registered to the site via an affiliate. It creates conversions for this action.
If you want to use the multi affiliate system you just need the system plugin, the component ant the payplans plugin if you want to track payplans commisisons

the Users - Affiliate Tracker plugin is necessary or do i have to install and enable it only if i want that affiliate get conversion when his users register on my site? In other word AT need this plugin to work fine or this plugin is for give conversion on new registration only?-
