Hello Team,

I am facing difficulty with the Thumbnails rendering on the site. They do not load properly either in the front or backend. Before posting this, I have done a bit of searching in the forum, however, no solution worked for me.

I have attached a screenshot of both front and backend for reference.

System Information:

Music Collection Version: 3.0.5
Joomla Version: 3.7.4
PHP Version: 7.0.21
Site Link: shahbanokhan.com

Please help.

Sincerely,
Syed H

Germinal,

I fixed it and would like to share the solution. I was using Akeebad Admin Tools, so I added the cache directory "/cache/muscol/" to have an explicit public access under htaccess maker inside Akeeba Admin Tools and it fixed the issue.

Hope this is found as a helpful resource to others who may face a similar issue.

Regards,
Syed H

    Hello,

I don't understand what's happening. The thumbnails are correctly created and stored in the cache directory (see screenshot).
However if you try to access via URL, it says not found..? seems a server issue.. The files are there!

    Hello,

Thank you for your inputs. I am really off my head now.

Just a thought; Is there anything to do with the fact that I changed the URLs from non-www to www and then to non-www?

I remember everything was just fine before I made the above mentioned changes.

    Awaiting your valuable inputs.
