two things...

1. I received your last email (about the serach bar CSS after you make a search). I was going to apply the fix, and I realise that the CSS I had changed before doesn't contain my previous changes...! that probably means that it was uninstalled and therefore the changes were missing... I can apply the changes again if you want.

2. if you prefer to uninstall and then reinstall somewhere else, be sure to first uninstall the PLUGINS and MODULES from music collection, and then remove the component itself. in your case, you were usingthe search bar modules at the frontpage. these mdules need the component to work, that's why the site break when the component was uninstalled (because the component wasn't there anymore, but the modules were)

I re-installed the component - hence it probably replaced the changes you made and I apologize for that.

I managed to successfully uninstalled the component now.

We have decided to install the Music Collection component on another platform that is more suitable for what we intend to use it for as this site is mainly used for student assessment. We need the site to be stable as possible.
