So looking to add some stuff and change some functions with site system..

I am building a site that is a music library so MAIN MUSIC will be put in by COMPANY NOT users BUT will have option for users to upload their own music to vault.

I am making the whole site a BIG search so on page on it will be a google esk simple as MAIN FUNCTION IS SEARCH - LISTEN - DOWNLOAD so they can licence for movies ETC [music vault]

here are some basics that will need to be done - I will send a complete layout with changes so you can give me a proper quote

1) I need to have them be able to download a WAV but preview a mp3 or other universal QUICK way to listen

2) I take it I can shut off some functions like ratings, reviews etc?

3) Can we make a song tab [search] as on top of artist and album and in backend admin as they will be imputing a lot of songs that MAY MAY NOT have an album

4) What is your hourly rate?

Anyone had work done on script?
