What the hell. This is my fault for not checking but, is Music Collection supposed to work only on Chrome? Player doesn't work anywhere else no matter what setting I do. I was using the old player and upgraded to the new one but it's the same thing. Worse, because now there fewer options to customize it. I'm I missing something?

Uploading two images about how cool you could customize previous player and how it looks now. This was kind of a downgrade. And still doesn't play in FF or Opera. Playlist is set to show up on bottom by the way. I need support on this. It is unacceptable if this software is supposed to play in only one browser.

    hello,

no, player is not only supposed to work in Chrome. I honestly don't understand this question when you've been using MC for years!!!

the player works in all browsers and all mobiles. if it doesn't for you, then there is something we're missing. can you post a link?

and no, it's not a downgrade, it's simply that now we have simplified much more the options because it was too confiusing for many users. this is the latest version of JWplayer!! how is it going to be a downgrade?

honestly, I don't understand your tone in this post, saying things like "unacceptable", specially when.. well, it's not true! I can see you hace customized MC. have you considered maybe the issue comes from there?

Sorry Germinal, just frustrated. I'm upgrading to MC Community today and this issue popped up. We just realized that the old player only worked on chrome, internet explorer and safari. In Opera and Firefox it doesn't even care for showing up.

We also just re-installed the new one to see if it was an installation issue but it doesn't show up on any browser, just a black box. In source you can see that the player is pointing to root looking for /jwplayer/player.swf. I copied that folder on the root of my website and the player shows up but still doesn't play in FF or Opera. And looks all fucked up and without ways to customize it. This also affects the player module, which doesn't wok at all unless the flash player in on the root of website. I'll be checking with phone browsers today to see what I get.

Sorry again for exploding last night. Couple of days without sleep does that to you.

Hey Germi, para hacer las cosas mas fáciles, reinstale todo y borre el folder del player en el root. Esto es lo obtengo.
