Is it possible to set the permissions so that if you are not signed in, you can only listen to the first 30 seconds of a song?

Yes, we could code something like that, although the solution for this request is only "partial": since the song file is the same (it does not get cropped to 30 seconds), the solution would be to build some code that would somehow "cheat" the player and make it stop (or skip to the next song) after 30 seconds have past. So it's not a real "limitation" to the playback, it would be just sort of a "hack"
